Midnight Fantasy [The Doms of Sybaris Cove 6] (Siren Publishing Ménage Everlasting) Page 13

He leaned down and kissed her, and then Javier stepped in front of her and cupped her face. “I let you get away once, and then I spent years blaming you for the way I felt. I love you, Renata. I’ve always loved you. Will you promise me your love and your submission as well, for the rest of your life?”

“Yes, Javier. Yes, I will. With all my heart.”

“And I in turn promise to love you, cherish you, and protect you with my life if it comes to that. I will never let you go again. Never.”

“I’m honored to be your submissive and your lover.”

Javier helped her stand, and then both men were kissing her and holding her. They twirled her around until she begged them to stop, and then they kissed her again. Their kisses became more urgent, and Javier picked her up in his arms and carried her to the great room. He laid her on the sofa, and then both men were undressing her. The only thing they left on was her collar.

Her collar. She had a real collar, and was a real sub to two Doms. The two Doms who had starred in her fantasies since she could remember. This was real. As real as last night had been, and as real as the three-week trip they’d begun to plan less than two hours ago.

The men shed their clothes, and then they took turns licking her pussy and teasing her clit with their teeth, tongue, and fingers until she was so wet they didn’t need lube. They fucked her with their fingers, and then they took turns fucking her in the pussy until she could hardly breathe from the orgasms and the love in her heart.

When she thought they were done, they turned her onto her stomach and fucked her pussy from behind, again taking turns. They claimed her as their own. Claimed her as their lover, their sub, and as the free men they now were.

Free to leave this island, free to explore the world, and free to take a boat out into the Gulf of Mexico without wondering whether they’d be swallowed by it and dragged down to its depths to die. Free to get on an airplane without believing it would crash and fall into the ocean before they even had a chance to ascend.

And they were free to love her, as generations before them had loved island women. They were free to bear children with her, without fear that their sons would suffer the same fate they had, their fathers had, their grandfathers had, or their great-grandfathers had.

Javier and Garrett each finally came. As the three lay panting, the sweat cooling on their bodies, Renata closed her eyes and let the events of last night play in her mind. She imagined she would be doing that for a very long time. She’d already written down an account of it, adding as much detail as she could remember.

She’d grown up hearing that no one had written down the curse or the account of it being cast, and of course she now knew that wasn’t true. It had been written down, but not in a language that anyone could read. Not until recently, that is.

But that wouldn’t happen this time. Future generations of Raleighs and Durantes would have all the information contained in the clues and in Shona’s diary, in English this time. They would also have the account of when the curse was lifted, and the declarations each of their ancestors had made to prove they’d done what Agapito, Iago, Robert, and William had been charged to do but failed. They’d learned to use their wealth and prestige for good.

And they’d go on doing it. Women like Renata and Celina would see to that. Giselle would make sure whatever her Doms did, they gave back to the community and to the society as a whole. Nita would make sure that Mark and Brett never forgot what they’d been part of last night.

Jade would see to it that Estevan and Liam never forgot the gift they’d been given when they’d been able to wade into the ocean and save her brother’s life, and Ivy would make sure that Merrick and Tom knew what a miracle it had been that they’d been able to cross the ocean twice to get to and from Little Cove when they thought her life was in danger.

Leta would continue to love Nando and Graham, and would make sure both men used their talents and their skills at work for good only. And Kai would make sure that Jagger and Ian continued to mend the rift between Jesse and Asa, and moved both Phoebe’s Playthings and JD Construction in the right direction.

Mattie would make sure Rey and Felipe only used their skills for good, and Alaina would see to it that Jeff and Taj remained loyal, hardworking employees at Phoebe’s Playthings.

And now she was part of that group. She had joined the ranks of Celina, Alaina, Giselle, Jade, Leta, Kai, Nita, Ivy, and Mattie. She had a responsibility, too, just as any woman who was married to or seriously dating only one Raleigh and Durante did.

The women of this island, especially the native women, hadn’t been given the same consideration as the Raleighs or Durantes, but all of them were descended from native women to begin with. From this point on, the women would take an active role in making sure the demons never had a reason to curse anyone on this island again.

The three crawled into Javier’s bed and slept. When they awoke, the sun was setting. They grilled fish and veggies out on the deck, and then sat in chairs to watch the sun sink over the horizon. Renata couldn’t help but draw comparisons to the evening before, when they’d begun the adventure at the water’s edge, watching the sun begin to set.

But no dark clouds moved in over the horizon tonight. The only smell on the air was the food they’d eaten, and the first hint of blossoming flowers as spring approached. Soon, the island would be alive again with flowers and birdsong. The weather would turn warm again, and this year the Durante and Raleigh men could enjoy the beaches instead of avoiding them.

“So, who do you think will be the first to actually leave the island?” asked Renata.

Garrett shrugged. “I don’t know. Whoever called McMurphy Flight first, I imagine.”

“Do you think Asa will take a vacation?”

Javier shook his head. “He told us on the phone he won’t be leaving. Not ever.”

  “Is he that superstitious?”

“No,” said Garrett. “He’s that stubborn. He knows half his employees will be flitting around the globe for the next year or so, until the novelty wears off, and he won’t leave the company in anyone’s hands.”

“What do you guys think of Tim not joining the rest of you as you marched toward the stones and faced the demons?”

“Asa is very upset,” said Javier. “We asked him that, too, and he barely held his anger in check.”

“I imagine everyone on the island feels that way by now,” she said.

“Yeah. Dallas may never speak to his father again.”

“Well, Asa is pretty upset with his daughter, too,” said Javier. “Did you notice that Lucie wasn’t even there last night?”

She shook her head. “I didn’t until you said it just now.”

“Neither was Tom’s sister, Nadine,” said Garrett.

“Your aunts were there,” she said. “Cyndee and Carlee. I saw them standing with your father and your Uncle Connor.”

“And my father and Uncle Frederick were there, as well,” said Javier. “I even saw Lucas, Jeff and Sallyanne’s father, and he hardly ever leaves his house anymore.”

“Do you feel any different?” she asked.

The two glanced at each other. “No,” said Javier. “Not really. I mean, it’s weird to be planning a trip, and I’m sure when it’s time to get on the plane I’ll be freaking out a bit, but I don’t feel anything at all.”

“Neither do I,” said Garrett. “Except of course that every time I look at your collar, I picture your sweet ass turned toward me on the sofa in there, while I’m fucking you from behind.”

She laughed, and then she crawled into his lap. “Is that so? Well, maybe I should take it off, Sir? I mean, I don’t want you to become too distracted thinking about sex all the time.”

“You’re such a brat. You know that?” He tickled her, and she laughed again, wiggling away from him and off the chair. She began to clear the dishes, but Javier stopped her, pulling her onto his lap. He nuzzled her neck. “Let those go for now. I want to sit out here
with both of you for a while longer.”

He sounded so pensive she asked him if he was okay.

“I’m fine. Honestly. It’s just that every time I see a sunset now, I’ll remember last night.”

“I was thinking that, too, earlier.”

He held her close and kissed her tenderly. “When we were facing those demons, I didn’t know where you were. It wasn’t until the end when I saw you and Celina climb down those rocks that I even knew how close you’d been, and realized how much of that you’d heard.”

  “We were safe.”

“I know. But I kept expecting Patan, or whatever the hell his name was, to snatch you out of the crowd.”

Renata held him close. “I think between me and Celina, we wouldn’t have let him get that close.”

Garrett scooted his chair closer and kissed her cheek. “And neither would we. And now it’s over forever. You’re here with us, and that’s where you’re going to stay.”

She kissed them each. “And there is no place on this earth I would rather be. I love you both so much.”

“And we love you,” said Javier.

Renata snuggled up against Javier and took Garrett’s hand. The three watched the sun sink over the mountains in the distance and marveled at the brilliance of the gold and purple sky as stars began to twinkle above them.

While Renata looked forward to their upcoming vacation, the only place she really wanted to be was right here, with her two Doms. Her lovers forever. The two men she’d wanted and now had as her very own to love and cherish for the rest of their lives.
